Please see the letter from the WQSB regarding June 9th. To make sure our community knows who is striking, non-teaching professionals include the following: school board consultants (academic, technology, and complementary services), accountants, psychologists, and librarians. As part of the collective bargaining structure in the province, the Fédération des professionelles et professionels de l’éducation (WQSB Education Professionals affiliated) have called the strike effective 9 June from 12:01 am to 12:01 pm. AT OES, we will offer assignments and learning activities for the afternoon. Our teachers will send home instructions and a communications plan for the day prior to the strike action.
